I do real work alongside an experienced team.

This programme seemed the right fit for me. I’ve always had a keen interest in mechanical movements and engineering, even taking watches apart and then re-assembling when I was young. From day one the whole team has been great. I’m on the factory floor, at the coalface, with an experienced team of engineers who train and mentor me. They’re super approachable and happy to help with any questions. It’s the perfect place to learn and develop.
