Maintenance and Facilities Technician

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Maintenance & Facilities Technician to join our team.
This is a hands-on role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of maintenance
and facilities activities in the business. You will do this by working with cross functional teams and
communicating with vendors and suppliers for such activities.
Job Description:
• Carry out or co-ordinate all preventative and corrective maintenance,
completing/maintaining all associated paperwork and records.
• Planned and Unplanned Maintenance activities.
• Coordinate facilities work requests from initial request to work & job closure.
• Dealing with suppliers and vendors for all associated activities.
• Co-ordinating regulatory inspections and dealing with outcome reports.
• Calibration of all on site equipment and completing/maintaining all associated paperwork
and records
• Assist with the installation of equipment on customer sites.
• Responsible for relocating equipment using fork trucks, rollers, air skates and slings
following safe working practices.
• Crating, un-crating, set/level, and alignment of equipment/machines.
• Liaise and engage with engineering teams.
• Troubleshooting / Root cause Analysis
• Support continuous improvement within the department.
• Support department goals and objectives
• Travel will be required.
Qualifications & Experience Required
• 1 year experience in a similar role
• Forklift licence
• MEWP training
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
