Build Technician

Location: Shannon

Exciting opportunity to work as part of the Build group in a cross functional role. Your skills will be vital in delivering best in class panel builds and assembly for various projects. It is a hands-on role that includes building electrical panels panel wiring, soldering and assembly of mechanical components. In this role you will work on various stages of the machine life cycle from build, install and commissioning.


• Fit and assemble components according to drawings
• Build and wire electrical panels following electrical schematics
• Perform precision set-ups of mechanical equipment
• Soldering of connectors and PCBs
• Interpretation of 2D/3D part/assembly drawings and electrical schematics
• Responsible for organising project materials, workspace and sequence of work in the most efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work area
• Liaise and engage with Engineering teams
• Updating and maintaining quality documentation
• Participation in Problem Solving activities
• Machine installation on customer sites
• Modifying equipment enclosures with power tools and hand tools
• Travel required
• Other duties as assigned by the assembly lead
